This A5 Medio notebook 'Pils' features a cover made from repurposed brewing waste and lined writing paper made from and recycled coffee cups. It also features an environmentally conscious wirebound steel spine for maximum sustainability. The clever fold-over cover eliminates the need for glue, making it even easier to recycle.
Coffee outlets, cafés or retailers as well as other businesses send used paper cups to James Cropper in Cumbria for CupCycling™, the world’s first recycling scheme dedicated to upcycling coffee cups. The CupCycling™ process involves separating out the plastic lining and repurposing it, and then using the remaining fibres to make a signature paper for Coffeenotes.
Coffeenotes cream signature paper is 106gsm and has a subtly textured surface. It is robust and stylish, is fountain pen-friendly and ideal for sketching.
The Pils notebook is from the Beer collection, with covers produced from repurposed brewing waste and has a rugged texture that adds a layer of protection against marks. It's bound with plastic free steel wire which can easily be separated for home recycling.
