Soapnuts are the shells of dried soapberry fruits that contain real natural soap and being completely free from synthetics and toxic ingredients, are excellent for ultra-sensitive skins and allergy sufferers. They are highly valued by the rural people of India for washing clothes and as a naturally produced shampoo for washing their hair and for getting rid of dandruff. This is why some botanists have named the species as Sapindus detergents. Soapnut castile soap is highly effective and gentle at the same time. There is no need for dilution, just add straight to the dispenser drawer. It will leave laundry fresh and clean, and compared to other detergents, its mildness will keep colours bright, maintaining the fabric structure of your clothes for longer periods. It is mild enough to be used on all fabrics at any temperature and is suitable for all washing machines especially energy-efficient ones. In fact, this miracle soap is so green that you can even skip the rinse cycle! Made in the UK from organic oils and organic soapnut fruit extract with no synthetic preservatives, detergents or foaming agents. Comes in a recyclable PET #1 bottle with aluminium screw on lid. Free from palm oil, SLS’s, parabens, artificial fragrances, mineral oil and artificial additives. Vegan. Bottle measures approximately 15cm high x 7.5cm diameter. 500ml.
The soapnuts used are certified by Ecocert, India Organic and USDA. All other organic ingredients are certified by The Soil Association.

We are happy to accept orders from around the world, but only offer delivery within mainland UK (excluding Jersey & Guernsey due to required customs documentation).
